在京外籍人才工作许可今后可通过手机进行登录办理。今天，“易北京”（EASY BEIJING）APP正式上线，为外籍人才提供了从来京办理手续到开展工作、融入生活、社会保障的“一站式”服务。此外，依托于平台的“你的梦想 你的舞台”——2020海内外高层次人才招聘“e选会”也同步启动，首批发布年薪30万以上招聘岗位600个。
The work permits for foreign talents in Beijing could be applied on mobile phone starting from today. With the EASY BEIJING APP launched officially, foreign talents will have access to get a “one-stop” service from handling visa and permits in Beijing to starting work, integrating into local life and accessing social security. In addition, Your Dream Your Stage | 2020 Beijing High-level Talents “e-Job Fair” kicked off simultaneously, releasing 600 job openings with annual salary of over 300,000 RMB in the first batch.
据FESCO相关负责人介绍，在北京市人才工作局的指导和大力推动下，FESCO开发了这款APP，以提供在线政务、政策、生活服务，让来京发展的海内外人才更加省心、安心、舒心。
According to the relevant responsible person of FESCO, with the guidance and support of Beijing Talent Work Bureau, FESCO developed this APP to offer online government, policies and daily services for global talents in order to make them feel more at ease in Beijing.
目前已开启外籍人才工作许可办理、居留许可预约手机入口，同时对接市卫健委、医保局、教委等21家单位，动态更新外籍人才工作、就医、子女教育、社会保障等50余项权威政策信息，并提供多语种政策在线咨询。同时实现在线客票预订、地图导航、翻译、外卖、打车等20类在线生活服务。针对常见问题，还有智能客服在线实时答疑。
For now, it is available for foreign talents to apply for work permits and make appointment for residence permits on mobile phone. Besides, it connects with Beijing Municipal Health Commission, Beijing Healthcare Security Administration, Beijing Municipal Education Commission and other 21 entities to dynamically update over 50 authoritative policy information including foreign talents’ work, healthcare, children education and social security, and provides multilingual online consultation as well. Meanwhile, 20 types of daily services go online, such as ticket booking, navigation, translation, food delivery and car hailing. For frequently asked questions, smart customer service can answer in real-time.
值得一提的是，平台还同时在 “EASY JOB”版块启动“你的梦想 你的舞台”——2020海内外高层次人才招聘“e选会”，以“云招聘”形式为本市精准引进海内外高层次人才，建立常态化岗位发布机制和全链条人才服务体系。
It is worth mentioning that the launch of Your Dream Your Stage | 2020 Beijing High-level Talents “e-Job Fair” on the EASY JOB section allows the “e-recruitment” to invite targeted international high-level talents to this city and establish a regular job posting mechanism and an all-round talent service system.
招聘计划聚焦高端产业，面向集成电路、医药健康、5G应用等十大高精尖产业，汇集全球500强企业、大型央企、知名互联网企业、跨国公司地区总部等512家重点单位，首批收集年薪30万以上招聘岗位600个，其中年薪30-60万岗位430个，年薪60-100万岗位165个，年薪100万以上岗位5个。岗位主要分布在集成电路、医药健康、人工智能等我市十大高精尖产业。三、四季度还将发布1000个岗位，并定期进行岗位收集和信息更新。
The recruitment plan focuses on high-end industries, facing to the 10 top industries including integrated circuits, healthcare and 5G applications, etc.. It attracts 512 entities, such as Fortune 500 enterprises, large-size SOEs, well-known internet companies and HQs of transnational companies. The first batch of 600 job openings with annual salary of over 300,000 RMB includes 430 that with the annual salary range from 300,000 to 600,000, 165 that with the range from 600,000 to 1,000,000 and 5 that over 1,000,000. These posts are mainly from the city’s 10 top industries such as integrated circuits, healthcare and AI. In the third and fourth quarters, there will be another 1,000 job openings released. Job collection and information updates will be made regular.
市人才工作局相关负责人也表示，为满足企业和人才在京发展需求，将联通用人单位人才招聘和政府部门人才引进服务的通道，为通过招聘的人才提供人才引进、永久居留申请等各项政策支持和服务，努力形成“聚天下英才而用之”的北京实践。
The relevant responsible person from Beijing Talent Work Bureau also said that to meet the development needs of enterprises and talents in Beijing, the talent recruitment of employers will be connected with government’s talent introduction service to provide policy support and services such as talent introduction and permanent residence application, striving to achieve the mission of gathering global talents to fit for the purpose.
