甜，当然是指生活中最美好最幸福的部分。对于我来说，妻子和女儿从美国飞到北京和我相聚就是我最高兴的事！我迫不及待地想带她们去看看长城、大熊猫，再吃个烤鸭、火锅！Helo Aida提醒我，我的妻子和女儿可以留在北京，她会帮我联系国际学校的相关事宜，真是太棒了！

Sweet represents the most fabulous part of life. For me, my wife and daughter come to Beijing is the sweetest thing to me! I can't wait to take them to visit the Great Wall, to see the pandas, and to eat the traditional Chinese food such as peking duck and hot pot. Helo Aida reminded me that my wife and daughter could stay in Beijing in the future if they want, and she will help me to handle the issues related to  the international school. What a great news!!

酸，我理解的生活中的酸，大概是带有遗憾的美好？比如工资日之后紧跟着的账单日；妻子刷光了我半个月的工资，给我定做了一身高级西装；妻子刷光了我另外半个月的工资，买了一堆礼物，想回国送给亲人朋友。我可能得联系Helo Aida帮我确认一下奖金到账日期了。

As far as I am concerned, sour means not that sweet, but also tastes delicious. For example, the billday immediately following the payday; My wife takes a half of my monthly salary and bought me a high-class suit, and uses another half buying a bunch of gifts for my friends.   I need to contact with Helo Aida to confirm when will my bonus arrive.

不过我的酸，好像和大家的酸不一样？大家的酸更偏向“羡慕”、甚至“嫉妒”的情绪？为什么酸会代表这些呢？

But why the meaning of “sour” in my understanding is different from others? Their’s is more inclined to "envy" or even "squatting" emotions, Why does “sour” could represent these emotions?

苦，其实是我开始最不能理解的味道，Helo Aida说苦就是美式咖啡，我不懂。后来，Helo Aida给我报了中文补习班，她说苦就是我学习中文的感受，那我懂了。学习中文的道路上，真的离不开美式咖啡。

Bitter is actually the most incomprehensible taste to me. Helo Aida told me that bitterness is just like a cup of Americano, which is hard to understand. Later, Helo Aida gave me a Chinese tutorial class. She said that the bitterness is the feeling of learning Chinese. Well, that’s true. You will never learning Chinese well without Americano.

辣，我曾经试过墨西哥的辣椒，虽然味道和中式的辣不一样，但辣的感觉是一样的，非常糟糕。我不喜欢吃辣，所以，生活中的辣就是那些令我讨厌的事吧，比如生病。刚来北京时，吃太多中华美食，身体不适，住了几天的医院，多亏Helo Aida帮我定制的医疗健康解决方案，预约医院且全程陪同就诊，此外量身配置的高端医疗保险将医疗费用统统报销，让我毫无压力。

When considering spicy，I tried Mexican peppers once which is not like Chinese ones，but the feeling of spicy is same bad. I hate spicy food.
