On December 3,2010, Beijing Foreign Enterprises Human Resources Service Co.,Ltd(hereinafter “FESCO”), the leader of China’s HR industry, held a joint press conference with Adecco, the largest international HR service company in the world, and announced the official founding of FESCO Adecco. FESCO Adecco is a joint venture founded by FESCO and Adecco in Shanghai and is the first regional effort made by the two HR groups in their cooperation.



After the joint venture was founded, FESCO and Adecco will bring dynamics to the international flow and development of Chinese talents and bring practical service and help to corporate customers by effectively integrating both groups’ resources, making use of FESCO’s service network reaching out to different parts of China and 30 years’ resource advantages and by sharing Adecco’s worldwide HR network service platform and international operation philosophy.
