1）Feature team support for the badge application, purchasing request and payment.
2）Maintain lists of tasks and tracking progress made by task owners and drive timely progress through escalation to feature team.
3）Prioritize and influence tasks, meetings, itineraries, issues, approvals, and other items requiring the feature team attention based on business need and other factors.
4）Assist monitoring the product document collection and document location and vendor info.
5）Assist to organize product training, draft invitation and prepare related material.
6）Assist to prepare product test case together with tester and partially facilitate in testing work when necessary.
7）Handle the problem about equipment, badge, account, etc for vendor.
8）Assist in feature team, such as TB and staff questionnaire, etc.
9）Book meeting room and record meeting minutes.
1）4+years working experience.
2）2+years’ experience in PMO related experiences.
3）Experience on the product management office.
4）Proven PMO experience in Agile products.
5）1+ years hands-on Agile product experience.
6）Familiar with the PA/PR, Purchasing process.
7）Ability to communicate clearly both in English & Chinese.
8）Strong operations management skill to operating multiple application.
9）Domain knowledge in Web / AEM / network.
11）Excellent English speaking and writing.
12）Experiences within BBA products and / or ITPM know-how (preferred).
