日前，外企服务集团所属的方胜保险经纪公司与韦德思宇公司签订了合并协议。方胜保险经纪公司是在2003年12月，由中国保监会批准成立的一家全国性保险经纪公司。在成立后的半年时间里，方胜公司依托FESCO的品牌，凭借其与国际化接轨的先进运作模式、管理方式和专业化的团队，正迅速引起业界的关注。合并的另一方，韦德思宇公司，则拥有一支行业经验丰富的专家队伍，能够为客户提供健康医疗、意外伤害和人寿保险的解决方案。此次方胜公司与韦德思宇公司合二为一，将充分吸纳各自所长，优势互补，共同开拓保险经纪市场。

  方胜保险经纪公司The newest member of FESCO Group, FESCO Insurance Brokerage Co., Ltd. (FIBC) has recently announced its merger with Waterstreet Asia Consulting (WSA). Approved by CIRC in December of 2003, FIBC is a national insurance brokerage company. Fresh as it is, FIBC has established a reputation for providing quality protection plans and attracted tremendous customer attention due to the FESCO brand name it inherited, the modern business model it adopted and the highly experienced and professional management team it has. WSA, the other party of this merger deal, focuses on providing specialized attention for people living, working, or traveling away from their home country and who need help in organizing benefit package. They count healthcare, medical protection and related services as their key areas of strength and help their customers implement solutions to address potential risks.   On June 26, the employees from both companies held a communication meeting at FESCO Intercommunication Center. The youth and spirits showed by each young professional made the meeting an extraordinary one in terms of liveliness and truthfulness.
