Established on August 18, 2005, the FESCO Branch of Beijing Volunteers Association is a popular group consisting of white collars and employees of many foreign companies based in Beijing, with a common zeal to serve the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008 as a volunteer and dedicated to social welfares. The FESCO Branch is committed to planning, guiding, organizing and coordinating all their actions related to voluntary services.
　　In an effort to push forward the voluntary service for the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008 and pool up adequate human resources, the FESCO Branch is recruiting members, either group or individual, from all foreign-funded business, offices, organizations, social groups and their staff, as well as the white collars from the other businesses.
　　Featured by “volunteers in Beijing, engaging in Olympics, serving the public, showing good manner and foster harmony”, the FESCO Branch of Beijing Volunteer Association strives to build up an arena where volunteers can bring their unique strengths into full play during their service. While achieving positive effect for the whole society, we are also aiming at “pooling up elites of FESCO, serving the Olympics and creating a harmonious society".
　　You are welcome to join us. As a volunteer of FESCO, you are expected to take your responsibility seriously, make every endeavor in fulfilling your commitment, abide by the management of FESCO Branch and justify the interests of volunteers. Meanwhile, you are entitled to get access to the information on operations and working process of the Branch, and give your suggestion and comments.     
　　The basic requirements for the membership of a volunteer of FESCO Branch (appropriate for business group and individual staff):     
　 1、Having enthusiasm for public welfares, dedicated, target-driven and tough for challenges;     
　　2、Possessing qualities for the services you are committed to;
　　3、Being available to all voluntary services you are committed to and abiding by the relevant rules and regulations;
　　4、Selecting at least one voluntary program by virtue of your own condition and getting engaged in it for a certain period of time;
　　5、The membership will be dismissed if any mal-operation, violation of law or activities spoiling the reputation of volunteer are found.
