On July 27th, the major asset restructuring project between Beijing Foreign Enterprise and Beijing City and Township was officially approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, which is a milestone moment and marks the acceleration of the landing process of FESCO in the capital market.

2021

FESCO is fully committed to promoting major asset restructuring in order to optimize the layout structure of state-owned capital and achieve value preservation and appreciation.

2020

FESCO, under the guidance of the Beijing Talent Bureau, will create a one-stop service app for Beijing's international talent services, EASY BEIJING, which will be launched globally through CCTV news broadcast to help international talents integrate into Beijing.

2019

FESCO was entrusted by Beijing Municipal Government to set up the first one-stop government service workstation for foreign talents in Chaoyang District.
FESCO was transformed from a wholly state-owned enterprise to a mixed-ownership enterprise.
FESCO was awarded the title of "National Advanced Group for Helping the Disabled" by the State Council Working Committee for the Disabled.

2018

FESCO held the FESCO For the Future product launch, launching a series of intelligent, collaborative and mobile products, which can be operated through cell phones to get all HR services with one click.

2012

FESCO started to provide HR business process outsourcing, cloud-based HR technology platform construction, shared service construction and consulting services for corporate clients to help them realize HR management transformation.

2010

FESCO and Adecco established FESCO Adecco Shanghai Company Limited as a joint venture in Shanghai.

2004

"FESCO Call Center" started to operate.

2001

FESCO National Service Center was established and signed FESCO National Human Resource Service Cooperation Master Agreement with nearly 100 suppliers one after another, and launched National Business Online Operation System.

1999

FESCO provided onsite service to IBM for the first time, realizing "zero distance service" to large client companies.

1996

FESCO started to provide national HR services to clients and was the first in the industry to launch a nationwide integrated service.

1995

FESCO led the re-revised national unified text of the Contract for the Employment of Chinese Employees, which was the first version of the employment contract for Chinese employees.

1993

FESCO and Beijing Talent Exchange Service Center co-hosted the "First Foreign Enterprise Recruitment and Exchange Fair", which pioneered the venue recruitment fair in China.

1988

FESCO cooperated with Beijing Talent Exchange Service Center to dispatch talents to work in foreign organizations by means of talent dispatch, which was the first new initiative of the company to try out personnel file management reform.

1983

"Foreign Service Company of Beijing Friendship Commercial Service Corporation" officially changed its name to "Beijing Foreign Enterprise Service Company", abbreviated as "FESCO" in English.

1980

The Domestic Service Department of Beijing Friendship Commercial Service Corporation formulated and used the Contract for the Employment of Chinese Employees.

1979

On November 16, the Domestic Service Department of Beijing Friendship Commercial Service Corporation (the predecessor of FESCO) sent its first Chinese employee and set this day as the anniversary of the establishment of the company, creating a precedent for the human resource service industry in China.
