——Handle and analyze rapid prototype samples, work out

处理和分析快速成型件样品，制定修改方案
——Define part and tooling technical requirement
制定产品和模具的技术要求
——Coordinate customer, engineering department and tooling
supplier to get part according to specification
与客户，工艺部门和模具供应商沟通，得到符合图纸要求的产品
——Provide technical support to series production
给批量生产提供技术支持。
Professional Requirements
专业资质要求 :
——Bachelor or Master degree, majored in
Mechanical Engineering, Mould, or related subject
机械工程、模具或相关学科的本科生或研究生
——Knowledge of mechanical structure
掌握机械结构方面知识
——Knowledge of plastic material and metal material
了解塑料和金属材料
——Knowledge of 3D and 2D CAD (UG or ProE is preferred)
掌握 2D 和 3D CAD 设计工具 ( 有 UG 和 ProE
经验者优先考虑 )
——Plastic parts design experience is preferred
具有塑料件设计经验者优先考虑
——Good English language skills in speaking and writing.

——Verify design by SW simulation tools

——Make prototypes / samples of products and function
test
产品原型或样品制做及功能测试
——Support EMC test and reliability test of product
支持产品的 EMC 和可靠性测试
——Provide the technical support for mass production
对产品的批量生产进行技术支持
Professional
